It took a week to downgrade Proton
Just a quick update to let you know that today, finally, I was able to downgrade my Proton account. You might recall I started the procedure on Wednesday last week, and it's Thursday the week after today. That's not really reasonable at all, if I was close to an account renewal date it'd be a real issue.
Today, finally, I managed to move the final emails to Trash, and empty it.
It really shouldn't take this long to downgrade an account. I'll send this to Proton support obviously, so that they can improve the procedure. For the record, I'm still a Proton fan. It just doesn't work for us.
Now, let's see how Zoho fares, and how long I'll stick around there.
